Our humble beginning dates back to 1978 in Modesto, California with the purchase of the Apex Inn with a small expansion the following year into Turlock, California. In search of something different our founder decided to move out to the East Coast and purchased a property in Pensacola, Fl. in 1982. Shortly thereafter, with big dreams and no prior construction experience and never having built a structure from the ground up we started construction on the company's first new build property and opened the 36 room Executive Inn in 1984 in Pensacola, Fl. This was the start to a healthy list of new build properties and several acquisitions of real estate properties and have since been continuously developing, constructing, managing, and acquiring properties in the Southeast region of the United States for over 30 years.

Pinnacle Management & Investmests' upper management has over 50 years of total combined experience in the hotel industry. We have finished hotel projects that others gave up on and could not finish. We have purchased closed down hotel properties and turned them into very successful money making properties. We have built several properties from the ground up in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Texas; and we have worked many times with financial institutions to turn failing hotel properties into profit generators. There is no tasks or situation that we will turn away from as long as it is a smart and sound financial decision for our partners and investors. We do not shy away from hard work and we are always a very hands on team that will hit the road running and are always ready to tackle any task that will benefit our company, investors, employees, and our community.
